Nobody wants to hire cynics, those toxic team destabilizers who don't seem to do any meaningful work. And while tech companies abandon the practice of working with external consultants, cynics have no chance to survive. The job of devaluing other's experience needs a recognition from the industry with special treatment. Otherwise the cheerful and successful world of business will just throw these people down the drain.
